Interview with Eda Yukseker : Frank Scott: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?. Eda Yukseker : The design concept was inspired from the universe with an approach of everything but time and space. A very brave design has been implemented where it is to reflect our ambition and it has already paid off. No doors, no titles, no hierarchy. This approach focusing on pure communication, brought us the out of box ideas those emphasizes the company is performance and dynamism. Then the output is stylish, modern but simple and clear design. .Frank Scott: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?. Eda Yukseker : No doors, no titles, no hierarchy. This approach focusing on pure communication, brought us the out of box ideas those emphasizes the company is performance and dynamism. .Frank Scott: What are your future plans for this award winning design?. Eda Yukseker : function-oriented, outside the mold, to respond to users' needs, and we want to do office work space .Frank Scott: How long did it take you to design this particular concept?. Eda Yukseker : one and a half months .Frank Scott: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration?. Eda Yukseker : This concept contains transparency, creating a feeling of freedom .Frank Scott: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself?. Eda Yukseker : We can think about selling to other users .Frank Scott: What made you design this particular type of work?. Eda Yukseker : meaning that the workplace can be used in partition walls .Frank Scott: Where there any other designs and/or designers that helped the influence the design of your work?. Eda Yukseker : rationalist architecture flow, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe .Frank Scott: Who is the target customer for his design?. Eda Yukseker : open-minded, young and dynamic customers .Frank Scott: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?. Eda Yukseker : objects that have meaning for us to show we could use with different size and purpose .Frank Scott: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean?. Eda Yukseker : because we imagine that what we aim to make a reality .Frank Scott: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?. Eda Yukseker : sketches, moodboards, CAD and 3ds max .Frank Scott: What is the most unique aspect of your design?. Eda Yukseker : interior used to have the biggest office clock .Frank Scott: Who did you collaborate with for this design? Did you work with people with technical / specialized skills?. Eda Yukseker : Metalworking craftsman, and furniture and iron masters, clock mechanical firm .Frank Scott: What is the role of technology in this particular design?. Eda Yukseker : quite large clock is running and when exactly show .Frank Scott: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design?. Eda Yukseker : We do research related to the construction of the iron clock .Frank Scott: What are some of the challenges you faced during the design/realization of your concept?. Eda Yukseker : during manufacturing and in the production phase, we spend time together with the masters .Frank Scott: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition?. Eda Yukseker : We thought it was our original design, this design, for those who think about time .Frank Scott: What did you learn or how did you improve yourself during the designing of this work?. Eda Yukseker : Design your dream to reality, you have to show some effort .Frank Scott: Any other things you would like to cover that have not been covered in these questions?.
